Does anyone know what the going price is for bonus money in Irion and Tom Green Counties, TX? It would be for several sections of land.
I have spoken directly to a landowner who is right on the northern portion of the Irion/Tom Green border, and he has agreed to $1,000/acre. However, they are still negotiating the lease language, so it’s not a done deal.
Are you willing to share your offer or anything you have heard?
I have been told anywhere from $1,000-$1200 per acre.
