What are the current lease bonuses paid in Township 3 South - Range 4 West, Sections 4 and 5?
Depends on how many acres. I was offered 1500 per acre with a 1/5th interest. That was over 50 nma. I don’t know if the offer is still available after Continental’s report on 4th quarter. Think they were around 900 with 3/16th on smaller acreage.
