I received a lease offer of $200 per acre with 20 percent royalty for three years and a two-year option in Borden County NE/4 of Section 43 Block 25. This seems low. Anyone that could give comment or advice welcomed. TIA.
Sounds low to me. I’d expect at least $500 and 25%.
