Hi group, It’s been a while. I visited Williston in April and saw plenty of new housing construction. I am hoping for some lease interest in my land (Township 157, Section 15, Range 103). Halcon had the last lease before things turned down. Terms then were $500 per acre, 20% royalties, and a three-year lease. I actually got to walk the property for the first time since I was a very young child. That was a LONG time ago. Thanks for any insight and input. Deborah
