I am interested in learning more about leasing mineral rights in Divide County.

Township 163 North, Range 97 West Section 4: S1/2NW1/4 and Lots 3 and 4

Northern Energy was leasing in that section in the last 24 months. Several other agents are in the nearby sections. Expand Energy had a horizontal permit in that section a while back, but it was cancelled. Time will tell if they pick it back up or someone else comes in.
