Does anyone have info on the approximate price to lease/sell in Lea County, New Mexico? Section 15 Township 16 South Range 38 East. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Doesn’t look like a great Section and Township and Range. Have you been offered a lease? I don’t know about selling because I don’t think I’d buy it since it’s not in a “hot” area right now at least. Sorry.
