Have an offer at $500 & 1/4 for 80 acres and a 3 year lease and my current lease at $600 & 1/4 is not up till October, same company ( Turner Oil & Gas) I have turned down there first offer. I am sure they will do the first lease they did but I would like some info on new rates in the area. Thanks
