Nothing much going on. Three old wells that are P&A and three newer wells that were drilled. Two were dry and one was gas, but not produced.
There are horizontals in the township to the southeast in 16S-36E. Time will tell.

We have several rights of 1 to 5 acres with only
payment from Apache and smaller operators.
It seems that the east end of Lea County is not
as productive.
It (the Delaware Basin) is essentially a bowl (with a big blank spot where there is potash in the middle). The closer to the bottom of the bowl you are, the deeper/pressured/thicker/productive it is. Get too far east (or north in Lea County) and you are not in the bowl anymore. Here are all the horizontal wells drilled.
