Can anyone share what Lea County, NM activity near 16S 36E Section 18 area is doing now or within the past year?

Looks like some Strawn development in that Township in past year. Armstrong vertical permit in Sec 20 to your SE.
Beyond that I know zero.

My siblings and I own oil & mineral rights to about 300 acres part of which is located sec 1 township 16s range 37 E in Lea County. We have had a lease in the past. Anyone know what if anything is going on in that area currently?

Looked at the New Mexico Oil Conservation Division Website. No activity for your section, township and range.

There’s quite a bit of leasing nearby. SR Permian recorded 1 lease in May 2024 for acreage in your Section 1 and the adjacent Section 2.
