Standard offer to buy your NMA or to lease it? Not sure I know either. Lease is probably $500/NMA, buy is probably $1500/NMA. Educated guessing.
There is a permit for a vertical Strawn/Penn well in the NW of Section 15. Approved in mid-2025. By somebody named Tamaroa Operating LLC. Which doesn’t mean much to me, but it’s way more activity than I expected to see here. A couple other Armstrong Energy permits to the W/SW.
