Just wanted to inform the group that Robert Scogin Esq. of Kermit, TX passed away on November 12, 2017. He was a great asset to many of us and a fantastic land owner advocate in dealings with the oil companies. Does anyone have other attorneys of the same caliber as Mr. Scogin they could recommend?
