Lawyer or title company to change ownership in Burke County

I need to change the ownership at Burke County from my grandparents to one of 2 of the living heirs. I emailed Burke County and their advice was

“Our office isn’t allowed to give legal advice or tell you what to record. We don’t want to give you the wrong information. It would be best if you contact an attorney or title company in this matter. They would be able to help w/ paperwork and answer any questions that you may have. Once you have the appropriate paperwork drawn up we would be more than happy to help you with the recording process.”

So with that, and knowing we likely need to do some probate, I assume there are attorneys or title companies that specialize with this in Burke County? Any recommendations?
