Would like to have a discussion about royalty payments. How many royalty owners are receiving payments 90 days or more in arrears? How many are not receiving royalties but are receiving interest payments on accrued royalties? How many have not received any payments since a well went into production? As you may know, oil and gas leases contain language concerning royalty payments, however, don't have language that depicts when royalties are to be paid.
