Are your interests royalty only or do you have any working interests as well? I have some old interests that have been passed down through my family from around the same time period as your interests in the Spraberry Driver Unit as well. I have only recently been able to manage my portion of these particular interests and we are trying to figure out if we are being paid and JIB invoiced correctly. So I had been hoping to hear from some other small working interest owners in that area whose operator is Pioneer Resources or now Exxon to see if they had ever had any issues. I do have a great oil and gas attorney. He advised the next step is probably to have a Landman to look in to it all for us.
