Landman Recommendation

I have very recently learned I inherited mineral rights in S/E Borden County, and have an offer for purchase. I am not really interested in selling however am unsure of the value. can anyone recommend a Landman familiar with this area?

Lolabee … Right now you are probably only going to get a Proved-Developed-Producing valuation unless it is covered in permits. The market has died and that is fringy acreage. Anyone paying more is speculating on upside through drilling - not saying there aren’t people doing that, there are a bunch of companies that got burned by doing so. I’d hold onto it unless you want to diversify and reallocate that money elsewhere.
