I have been told that it is very difficult to find a landman that isn’t already busy working for oil companies. We have several older documents that we need opinion for. We have already had our attorney go over them as well. We have had some great conversations with many of the landmen who we have worked with on our leases, but they work for these oil companies and aren’t available. Does anyone have any recommendations? This would be for Dawson County, Texas. Thanks.
