I need to find out who the landman and or operators are for the following:
Township 4 North, Range 65 West,6th P.M. Section 5 N1/2 NW 1/4 LaSalle CO , Weld County

The landman would not be pertinent. Chevron was the operator of the area. The Lee 1-5, Lee 2, Henry 5-1 and Henry 5-2 wells are plugged and abandoned. They are just to the east of the city of LaSalle.
I know where the wells are located. I just need to find contact for somebody in charge. I’m aware they were probably plugged/abandoned. But somebody somehow has faked papers/signed claiming the rights and did get payment for them before they were plugged. I want to get it taken care of and has been a long road tracing info down. I recently found the name of the people who have done this , but I need to know who is/was in charge. So at this point any and all information is pertinent to my search.
Try contacting the Chevron Division Order or royalties department first to clear up any title dispute. There could be a statute of limitations. Or you may need to work with an attorney.
