My family has mineral rights in Laramie County, WY.

Landman, Stewart Delcambre has contacted my family to lease at $175.00 per net mineral acre. We also received a lease from Woodstone Resources, LLC that will pay 15% for all oil produced.

Has anyone had dealings with Stewart Delcambre or Woodstone Resources, LLC or have any knowledge of them??

Stewart is a first class, experienced landman out of Lafayette, Louisiana. Woodstone was buying for Carrizo Oil and Gas —who they might be buying for in Wyoming, I have no idea.

I just got a call from Tyler the happy landman yesterday for continental resources. First offer was 350 per acre.
