What is the going price of unimproved property, per acre, in Panola County lately? With mineral rights and without mineral rights?

Thanks. We have property up there. I always thought we had a 50 acre lease up there, but in researching the Panola cad site, it only shows 7 acres. Don’t know why the difference.
