We have a lease in Marshall County Liberty District that has a proposed drill line that crosses one of our parcels. That parcel would certainly be included in a possible future division order. My question is typically how far laterally during the fracking process are adjacent parcels that do not lie under the proposed drill line effected if at all in a division order. Currently the proposed well is in the existing water quality evaluation process.
