How do I find out if I own the land? I have received a very lucrative offer from Ferrell Oil Company for the property located at Township 8 South, Range 2 East, I.M. Sections 12 and 13, Love County, Oklahoma. I have no connection to this land and I don’t even know how they got my name and address. Could this be a scam?
