I wont be getting the mineral rights until 2014 does anyone know if anyone will still want to lease my land it is only 15 acres but both sides of my property are leased by tallisman energy right now but i dont think they are leasing any more land in that county did i just miss out on this ? The rights are in my aunts name right now and she said because the land was in my name she couldnt lease it with her adjoining property that she did lease to tallisman without my signiture and was unable to reach me to get the signiture.
