If I done a land contract in 2005 and paid it off in 2010. My uncle found out someone owned 50% mineral rights in 1932. By the Ohio Dormant Act would he be entitled to 100% minerals or would it go back to land owner? And the land owner get the other 50%? The land is in Monroe County, Ohio.
