I own some mineral rights in 1N65WS2. Offers have been on the increase as of late, and based on COGIS, it appears that Kerr McGee is actively drilling (Labrisa #35-1HZ) just north, with horizontal bores throughout this section. Am I correct in assuming that this activity is likely to generate some income soon? Is there a way to estimate how much and how soon?

Rust1234 - The Labrisa wells are being drilled in the south half of 2n65w section 35 through 1n65w section 2 and section 11. You can check other wells that are producing in that area on the Colorado Oil & Gas Commission website. Hopefully this will help to answer your questions.
