Kretzschmar PP 1H and PBH 1H Update

Glad to help. I get what you’re saying and I guess it’s possible that they could work out something with Mitsui. The lines are heading east parallel with FM 489 so assuming they going to you or another Comstock well in that area. It will probably take another week or 10 days to get layed out with road crossings etc. There is a well site north of 489 just before Keechi creek. They could be going there.

From everything showing on site, it looks like they’re simply waiting on the frac crew to get to this pad.

Do you know if the line is headed down Cr 340 or are they laying it cross country? I’m going to try to go up there Monday afternoon.

I checked this afternoon and the temp water lines have only made it to FM 489. Probably about 4 miles total. They travel from Frac pond on east side of FM 1848 and only go up to where they cut across to FM 489. This is about where they stopped last Thursday and with rain we have had in area may have caused them to pause. I’m guessing that if further rain doesn’t cause an issue they may start unrolling more tomorrow and you would start seeing it on 489. Then if they are going to CR 340 your looking at probably another 4-5 miles along 489. This would be the route they used for other wells in that area.

Thanks for the info. I didn’t get up there yesterday due to rain chances but assume the rest of the week is predicted to be clear with just a little chance of afternoon showers so maybe they will make some headway. My thinking is they will frac Kretzschmar PP 1H and PBH 1H and then move over to Dollie Jones RP 1H or visa versa. You should see soon which order they end up doing if they get more lines laid this week. Calls made to Comstock Owner Relations have been answered vaguely so no help there!

Got a blurry satellite photo from yesterday and pad looks pretty crowded from what I observed 2 weeks ago. Hope if and when the water line gets there the fracking can commence. Thanks for your observation and if you pass by again maybe you can see what is going on. It’s not too far off CR 340.

I drove FM 489 yesterday. I didn’t mention before cause wasn’t exactly sure what they were doing, but they are running two temp water lines simultaneously. They split at CR 340 one goes to the Dolly Jones and the other heads down CR 340 which I assume is going to your well site. I would doubt they have water capacity or Frac crew availability to do both at same time, but maybe for time and labor decided to lay both lines simultaneously. Either way appears they are getting serious about Facking both.

Could someone share what survey and abstract this is in? Thanks in advance.

Drove by the Kretzchmar location this afternoon. Miles and miles of temp water lines running back to the Comstock water source off FM 1848.

Frac job is underway on one of the Kretzschmar wells. The “Easy Company” crew from Liberty is doing it.

Ha, Alan just got back from the pad today! Frac starting Wednesday according to crew boss we spoke to.

Thanks for the photos! Those roads in Freestone County are in pretty bad shape!

@Wood58 Has anyone been near the frac water hose this week to see if they were sending water to the wells? I was told fracking would begin today so it should be obvious to anyone close to the pad off CR 340 both during the day and at night. If crane is up it is easily visible from the road.

Judging by the 10 Porta Cans they appear to be expecting a slew of activity!

Yes they have been pumping last couple of days. I was on 1848 yesterday and today and inline pumps were running.

Should be lit up at night from now on.
