The price is going up. From my first bid of 25 I now have it up to 100. Plus reduce time! 4 and 4. Has anyone got better?

So far my best offer for my 560 net acres in Kiowa is $75, 4 & 4 @ 15% or $125 4 & 4 at 1/8. But I have recently had 2 new offers and will start negotiating with them to see what they max out at.
