Can you give a web address for this? Also, I assume from this we will only be able to gleen from it the royalty and the term, not the rental/bonus money paid, correct?
The bids are out but too soon to see what came in at.

The results for the past 8 auctions back to Nov 2009 are there. I called and found out that the Nov. 17, 2011 auction results will be up the week of Nov 28. This auction had several parcels in Kiowa Co., previous August auction results only had one parcel in Kiowa Co.
I assume the state has its own 'standard' lease form with a fixed royalty rate and term... anyone know a web site address for that??
I can not wait to find out where they are paying
