Received a check in the mail for a well that was completed in Kingfisher, OK Section 32-18-6w.
I currently have my minerals leased and the lease will be up for renewal next year. Question is - will this be a one time check, or will I continue to get a check each month and for about the same amount each month as the check I just received. Also, my lease has an agreement to renew. Is it wise to renew or can I go with someone else or am I not able to lease elsewhere since the well has been completed? Appreciate any info you can share with me.
