I have received pooling Case CD CD2026-002039 on 5/13/2026 for relief sought by BCE-MACH lll LLC for increased well density. My name is listed for Section 27, Township 17 North, Range 6 West Kingfisher County, OK. How do I find out if anyone is interested in leasing my mineral rights?
17N-6W-27 The increased density case (not pooling) is for an additional well in the Oswego. There are already several horizontal wells named Brown in the section. That would imply that you are already leased and no one can lease you. If you just inherited, then you need to notify BCE-MACH asap.
If you are not getting royalties from the Brown wells, then you need to contact BCE-MACH III and find out why not.
