We have a mineral lease that has expired in Sec 1-17N-7W.
Does anyone know who is leasing at this time?
There's not much leasing going on in that section at the moment, majority of the current leases are Held by production which are subject to older leases. I work closely with a few leasing companies, I could bring this to there attention if you were inclined.
