We have mineral interests in Kingfisher County, Ok, section 30-16N-5W… We currently get royalty payments on the Oak Tree wells but recently found out we we have received none on the Dalwhinnie wells. Should we be getting some?
The Dalwhinnie wells were spud from a location at the very south edge of Section 30 and go into Section 31. Since there are no perforations in 30 and all the perforations are in 31, then you will not receive any royalties from the Dalwhinnie wells.
