We’re getting some pretty tempting offers for our interest in the Killingsworth lease. I don’t see any new or pending activity, but maybe I’m not looking in the right place (RRC GIS viewer). Does anyone know where or how I might look a little deeper? Thanks in advance!
Mike, Who’s the Oil and Gas Co? Is this old production? How many wells in lease?
Sabine is the operator, and as far as I know there is only a single well. The unit was designated in 2007.
The reason I ask is that we are encountering similar solicitations for small mineral interests in the county next door, (Rusk). Our operator is TGNR. Just wondering, when you say “interesting offer”, what’s the offer per NMA?
They’re offering around $4,000 per NMA, which I guess isn’t really that “interesting” after all. It’s been producing for several years, but looks like it might be tapering off?

I haven’t seen an offer close to that for our small interests in old vertical cotton valley wells in NE Rusk. TGNR. Thanks again.
