I was just asking to help my grandma out she has 5 acres here in Bakersfield she is looking to lease for mineral rights and just if there is a going rate that's good with anyone? I really don't know at all either does my grandma so I just want to give her some information on it. Any assistance, or advice I would greatly appreciate it!
I'm even calling to some mineral leasing companies they actually being very rude to me which is upsetting to me anyone can help I would be thankful.
