Anyone know what the going terms are in Kent County now? I’ve been offered $50/acre bonus and 3/16 royalty on a 3 year lease. But in 2007, when oil was $66/bbl, I negotiated $100/acre and 1/5 royalty. Seems that with oil higher now the terms should be at least that good.
