Kemper County, MS oil and gas mineral rights discussion.
With the MS Power Power Plant which plans to use lignite under construction in Kemper County, has anyone been approached concerning their mineral rights?
I'm curious as to how MPC is treating all you "co-tenant" mineral owners our there... Happy or Hacked?

Sheila, some were definitely approached...many with different outcomes.

Have not been approached as of yet, John. My brother, sister and I own mineral rights together and they haven't been approached either.
