My family has mineral rights leased to in Kay County Sec 23 25N 1 W. Since leasing we haven't heard a thing about this or any other drilling or production in the area. I have been looking for information..now I'm here.
Is anyone familiar with this area, the activity, the production etc.
The will is permitted as the Vali 1-23
The permit Sec. 14 25N 1W with the hole being in Sec. 2325N 1W
Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Since no one has responded to this obviously uninteresting question; I'll answer my own question. I just heard Range Resources bought 5 acres of surface rights just west of our section and started drilling about a week ago. I't my understanding they will drill 2 and maybe up to four wells off of this site.
