We have a mineral interest in Kay county S23 25n 1w leased by Range Resources. Range has unitized this into 640 lease. There has been at least 3 wells produced and there is approval to increase well density so I think this will allow up to either 6 or 8 wells to be drilled to date. (80acre spacing )
I have two questions.
How many total wells can be drilled and produced in a. 640acre lease ? 8?
Is it too early to know the life expectancy of the Kay county horizontal wells and the depletion rate of horizontal wells in Kay county ?
I’m trying to make some living arrangements for my mom who’s 84 and these wells could really help her right now. Thanks for any ingot nation you may have.
