We just got a lease offer of $200 per acre for our rights in Kay County, OK. Does anyone know the current activity in the area? What’s the going lease rate per acre?
Al: Kay County is in the horizontal Mississippian play that’s active to the west in Grant, Alfalfa, Garfield, etc… Where are your minerals located? Township, Range and Section(s). I know of higher offers but it depends where your minerals are.

I have a question. Mine is SE/4, SE/4 Section 34, Township 20N, Range 1W and Section 34, S/2 SE/4 of Township 20N, Range 1W.
