Do you happen to have a legal description? A colleague of mine purchased some minerals in Phillips County not too long ago, but the valuation was not very high.

Which quarter of the section are you in? There are two active leases. One in the NW and one in the SW. The SW lease is in a unit with other wells in adjacent sections. The NW only has a single well producing, but likely includes the NE/4.
SE/4 NW/4 and E/2 SW/4
Do you get paid on or are entitled to any current production?
Sorry for the delay. They got back to me and said they paid $250/net mineral acre out there.
