Finally, after a few years after signing a lease, I got something in the mail about a little activity in the Ahira Butler survey of Upshur County, Texas. I haven’t received anything from Rose City or RRC. Does this mean anything will come of it? I have almost given up that anything will be drilled. Can anyone help me discover if there is a new permit that is very recent or tell me where to look? Two phone messages have not been returned. Not interested in selling, just want them to drill.
