Learn how to read the descriptions (right to left). The first one would be Township 5 North, Range 8 West, section 22. You may have a portion or all of 1 acre out of 110 acres spread across the description given. Part in the NE4, the west half, part in the NW4 in the SE4 of it and the S2 of that SE4 and the NE4 in the SE4 and the north half further cut by the S2.
There are quite a few wells in that section.
Do you have any documents from your ancestor? Check stubs? You will need to notify the operators that you have inherited. Contact the Division Order Department of each one. Have your ancestor’s name and address ready, plus you will probably need their death certificate, your driver’s license, probate documents, etc.
The National Association of Royalty Owners has an Oklahoma Chapter and they are the only National organization committed to the education of mineral owners. They have an OK Chapter.
Check the unclaimed funds at the state Treasurer for where your ancestor lived. They may have funds at the state.

Make yourself a folder for each of the tracts. As you find information, but it in the folder.
