I, in part, inherited mineral rights in Logan Co OK, Section Thirty-two (32), Township Fifteen (15) North, Range Two (2) West of the Indian Meridian, Logan County, Oklahoma, I guess about 80 acres. I’m trying to get information on behalf of myself and family members. I have a written record that indicates part of the rights were leased in 1980 - 83 by my father. The description and heirs were recorded 1-2019-000146 Book 2841 Pg. 621 01/08/2019 Pg 0619-0630 Troy Cole - Logan County Clerk Oklahoma. I have no indication that it was ever producing. My father inherited the mineral rights from his father. How can I sell or lease the mineral rights or get a range of what it may be worth? Thanks
