One problem with this County is the CAD posts incorrect data, so much that it cannot be viewed as an error.
Courthouse Direct, while a paid service, provides more information. I wish I knew how to keep up with this myself, my minerals were sold by a fake fiduciary, fiduciary did not pay me, and who sells all their minerals anyway.
