Hello all in Jim Wells County,

I am a royalty interest owner in Nueces County, but I am interested in what is happening in Jim Wells County. Any new lease activity?

Morning all,

I am an Aussie downunder and would appreciate any help you guys are able to provide me.

It is in regards to this well in Jim Wells County.

I know who the operators are, "Kindee oil and Gas" but I am trying to find out who actually owns the well or who are the parties that have a W/I in the well.

Thanks for taking the time to read my post.

regards

Paul

Was wondering what lease bonuses are going for now in Jim Wells if anything at all. With a 25% royalty on a non producing property? If anybody would have a wild guess at best that would be very helpful. I’ve been offered some for sale and trying to do a little homework. Many Thanks. Jason

Hello. I recently got a lease offer for my mineral rights and was winding if anyone knows the going fair rate for royalties and per acre?

Hello. I’ve been offered a mineral only lease and I’m trying to figure out what the going rate is in Jim wells county for bonus payment and royalty percentage. Any help is much appreciated.

If you own minerals in Texas or New Mexico, consider attending the NARO – Texas convention in San Antonio July 18-20, 2018. They have a great agenda, good speakers, and the cost is reasonable. This year also includes a special session for New Mexico mineral owners. The current agenda draft is attached, and a link to their signup and information page is http://www.naro-us.org/event-2824234
