I am a cotenant In wells In Reeves county, Texas. I have been receiving payments since January 2025. In looking at the statements there is a line item that is described as jib revenue net. Generally this line item has been negative for $2000+. However the last 2 months this category has tripled and doubled in the amount. There is no explanation what this line item represents. I have reached out to the land man but haven’t heard back yet. Any insight as to what this represents and why it is negative and why it the net deductions have increased the last 2 months?
Contact the revenue department at the operator. The landman does not handle questions like that. Be ready with your owner number.
