I am having a very hard time contacting the operator of this well regarding the gas payments. I’m receiving the oil payments but have not received any gas payments. On the Oklahoma Corporation Commission site, it shows ET Gathering as the reporting company but after contacting them, they tell me they are not the ones who issue checks that I would have to reach out the the operator. I have tried contacting Imperium Energy multiple times with no response. Does anyone know how I can get ahold of someone or if anyone else has received payments for the gas. Any help is appreciated.
Have you never received gas payments or just recent payments are missing? Nov & Dec were very low, but January was higher again.
OK Tax site lists NOGP Operating Company Inc. as the operator. However, I see Emerium sold the well to Turntable Energy in early 2026.

Send a certified letter return receipt requesting payment of all liquids (if your lease states them) and interest and that will get their attention. Have your name, address, owner number from your previous checks and W-9 ready.
Have not received any gas payments for 2025 and 2026. NOGP Operating is impossible to deal with. I just want to receive my payments and find out who is responsible for paying out the gas. I appreciate your information and help.
