I have mineral rights in Jefferson Davis, Lawrence and Simpson Counties.
I need help dealing with a company that claims to have tried to locate me to obtain signed lease. They claim since they were not able to obtain lease the mineral rights were assigned as a participating owner and will not pay royalties until costs are recovered.
I need help to resolve this.
