I found gas and oil leases that my grandmother bought in 1964 how do I learn about these. I need to know if they are worth anything or not. I would appreciate any help I can get.

Do you have leases or do you have mineral rights tracts? Those words mean different things. You may have found a lease, but the minerals are behind it. The type of lease is important.
