My family owns the mineral rights for a small parcel of land in Jefferson County, Illinois. My father has passed away since selling the land (maintaining the mineral rights); however, my mother remains alive and has moved to Florida. We have questions about any activity in the area and how far landsmen and companies go to find the mineral owners. I don't know if my mother would easily be found. Thanks.
