Does anyone know what the going rate is for that county?

This is the second time I tried this. I'm not the world's greatest computer guru and I don't think my first try went through.
I have 2 questions in regard to your April 25th posting:
1. I believe your minerals are 1/32 in 2832.95 acres out of sections 32,33,34,39,40 and 41, Block 57, Twp 9, T&P Ry. Right?. I also have 1/64 in the same acreage, my inherited 1/2 of 1/32 acquired by my father in the mid 1950's.
2. Were you related to a Bill Lourcey who was a Gulf Oil landman in the 50's, 60's and 70's?
If so your family and mine crossed paths back along the way.
